Cavern Access now and some tips

The Cavern is up with vastly enhanced servers and so access is very fast and reliable. You MAY see some lag especialy for an hour or so after the Cavern is restarted as the servers balance.  We have seen some  CTD's (Crash to Desktop) and an occasional individual Net 6 Error, but you should be able to get right back in.

There are some reports of people not being able to share their Relto book or send an Age invite. Try in another quieter area, or log off and come back and try. Also some PM's are going to people other than to whom they were sent. Be careful. :)  But Have FUN!

Friday Update Slow But there is Hope

Today the MOUL world is jammed and many who got in farily easily yesterday and last night cant get in now. Some have not gotten in in days. So be patient. Chogon posted this morning that Cyan is adding MORE servers. Here is his post:

Logging On to MOUL - Problems and Solutions

this is from an excellent post on MOUL forum, shared here for explorers having difficulty getting on. The servers are up and working, the lag is better, Cyan restared to fix the Pellet Counter not registering, it does now. Some people lost accounts in the reset yesterday that set up a new installer. You may have to re sign up.  Here is the info and some things that help. Try any of these at your own risk, we share to help, but you are on your own responsibility for this.
